While I was attempting to get whitlisted it asked me to "please send a screenshot of my GUID" but I have no clue what that is. Some one please tell me. Thank you!

Go on to your dayzsa goin in to a game do / to open chat and type #beclient guid and then it will come up
Twoggy is exactly right. Its the unique identifier for your account, which is used to give you white list access to the server if you are accepted. During times the white list is on, you'll have to be using that account (no password is used).
