The KOS is REDonculous!!!

When i first started playing this server I thought it was cool how you can meet people kill people and just have fun but lately I have been getting KOS. I know it's part of the game but it's really occasions that are senseless. Like when im a fresh spawn with a blue backpacking drinking from the FREAKING POND!!!

Im on here to have fun, what is the point on killing someone KOS without a conversation. It's pretty easy to find someone, follow them and hold them at gun point and AT LEAST try to have a conversation. Make them drop their gear or whatever but to me KOS is un needed unless someone is in a hostile zone and has a gun out but walking around with bare essentials.

Anyways I love the server and waiting for interview for whitelisting.

Keep in mind that you have been playing on one of the two servers that the Colony owns. You have been playing on our U.S. Server that keeps its whitelist off so that we can attract more members. This means you can meet all sorts of public type players who have zero interest in RP or interactions and have zero affiliation with The Colony. If you get whitelisted you will have access to our other server which does not allow access to public players. Also note that all applications have been put on hold until the next stable update. Until then, try to avoid exposing yourself to KOS to begin with and be safe out there. 8/10 times that I have been 'KOSed' in dayz it could have been avoided by me simply playing smarter and not offering them the chance to Shoot me in the first place. It's the end of civilization. Play smart.

Holy shit, I just watched some of your YouTube channel. The majority of videos is of you exploiting glitches in dayz and gta5. You have a video from just the other day of you glitching a puke in .55. You are exactly the sort of player that we don't want in our community and actively keep out. Any people who we find farming loot get the banhammer. You sir, are exactly why whitelisting was created.

Hacking and glitching are both equally ban worthy offenses. Your entire channel is devoted to glitching. There is not a single video of you playing a game and not exploiting it except perhaps a sting of videos that are titled "I love to troll" and one video of a naked child laying on a bed being asked to say "I love you lord" into the camera. That one is very odd and considering the proliferation of child pornography in the world, I might consider taking that one down if you don't want it stolen and passed around by perverts. If the only keywords that I can find in your entire youtube gaming channel are 'glitch' and 'troll' then I very much doubt you will even get an interview to be whitelisted here. How on earth would anyone be able to trust that you wouldn't exploit glitches here when the only gaming you do that you feel worthy of recording is you glitching? I would look elsewhere, but don't be surprised when you are met with similar responses from any of the other whitelist servers that process applicants for this sort of thing. We are here to play an alpha game that we find hard and challenging. Not see how broken we can make the game or how we can exploit our way to better loot.

Its people like you that practically ruined my project several builds back. Loot farming destroys server performance and forces our admins to work around the clock restarting the server. People start leaving the community when the server is crashing every 1-2 hours and we spend a ton of time whitelisting hand-picked colonists to keep our environment clean.

You will be not be gaining access to any of our servers and your GUID will be added to our ban lists. As a matter of fact, I'll be forwarding your GUID to my contacts at Bohemia for further review. My suggestion would be a global ban.

I actually can't believe you'd be so stupid to link your YT channel at the bottom of your post whilst you're applying for a whitelist server, which happens to contain a video showing exploits. I'm glad that we have such amazing admins for our colony. Stopping loot farmers and glitchers is the major thing that DayZ needs. Keep up the good work Weyland.
