Under current policy is it VERY difficult to be unbanned on US-3. While accidents do happen it is nearly impossible for policing. While not a guaranteed way of becoming unbanned. It would be helpful you were whitelisted. Your appeal will be discussed among the admins.

Once you complete the application you get an invite to the Facebook Colony page. Once its reviewed and its accepted you will be messaged and be added to another group 'dayz colony: whitelisted'
